Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Mokizen about using mokizen.com, the embed widget and the Mokizen Telegram mini app (together, "Mokizen"). By using Mokizen you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The service

Mokizen is a browser-based tool for designing 3D terrariums, aquariums and other miniature worlds, with optional AI helpers, sharing and a community gallery. We keep improving it, so features may change, be limited or be removed. We aim for it to be available but do not promise uninterrupted service.

2. Accounts

Some features need you to sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 16, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Tell us if you think your account was misused.

3. Your content

The worlds you make are yours. To run the service you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display your content — for saved worlds only as needed to provide them to you, and for worlds you publish, to show them publicly (including in the gallery, previews and share images) and to let other users open and remix them in Mokizen. You can unpublish or delete your worlds at any time; copies others already remixed stay with them.

Only upload or publish content you have the right to use, and do not publish anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, infringing or misleading. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or other people's rights while using Mokizen.
• Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service beyond what normal use and applicable law allow, or try to bypass limits (such as AI quotas or plan limits).
• Do not use Mokizen to send spam or malware, or to impersonate others.
• Do not interfere with ads or affiliate tracking in ways meant to defraud advertisers or stores.

5. AI features

AI features turn your prompt into a suggested scene or a review of your scene. Results can be wrong or unexpected; review them before relying on them. Daily limits apply and may change. Do not submit personal or sensitive information in prompts.

6. Plant and animal information

Species profiles, care hints, compatibility checks and simulations are general information for design inspiration, not professional advice. Living plants and animals have real needs; check reliable sources or a specialist before buying or caring for them.

7. Free and paid plans

Mokizen has a free version that includes ads and some limits (for example on the number of objects in a world). Paid plans, such as Pro, may remove ads and those limits. The price, billing period and what is included are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by the payment provider or app store, and their terms also apply. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it then stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the provider's rules and the consumer law that applies to you. We may change plans or prices with advance notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

8. Ads and store links

Free users see ads served by Google. Some links (for example "Buy this build") lead to stores such as Shopee or Amazon, and we may earn a commission when you buy — at no extra cost to you. We do not sell those products: prices, stock, delivery and returns are the stores' responsibility.

9. Telegram mini app

The Mokizen mini app runs inside Telegram, and Telegram's terms also apply. Purchases with Telegram Stars buy digital items or features that are delivered immediately and are non-refundable except where required by law or Telegram's rules.

10. Our rights

Mokizen's software, engine, designs, 3D models, textures and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may use them inside Mokizen and share images and videos you export from your own worlds. Third-party assets are used under their own licences.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Mokizen at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or when required by law; where reasonable we will tell you why.

12. Disclaimers and liability

Mokizen is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data you did not save, or purchases you make from third-party stores, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you informally; if that fails, it will be settled by the competent court in Vietnam. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The new date will be shown at the top, and significant changes will be announced in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Mokizen after that means you accept the updated terms.
